Thyssenkrupp Headquarters

Project Description

German elevator and escalatory company Thyssenkrupp will relocate offices in Kennesaw and Alpharetta to their new Marietta headquarters within reach of the Braves stadium in northwest metro Atlanta. The development will feature 3 buildings meant to accommodate 1000 employees. One of the structures will include the highest elevator test tower in the United States, as well as the tallest building in Cobb County, approximately 420 feet tall.

Mike Plant, president of the Atlanta Braves development arm, which will lease the land to the company said: “This new complex, across from Circle 75 [Parkway], is going to, we believe, be the crown jewel of Cobb County.”
